Program Cancellation Policy for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Webinars
Purpose This policy outlines the procedures for program cancellations for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) webinars hosted by CKH Consulting, LLC, including the communication process and participant notifications.
Scope This cancellation policy applies to all CPE webinars offered by CKH Consulting, LLC.
Policy Statement CKH Consulting, LLC is dedicated to providing reliable and valuable educational experiences for all participants. However, there may be circumstances that require the cancellation of a scheduled CPE webinar. This policy ensures that such cancellations are communicated effectively and participants are notified in a timely manner.
Cancellation Conditions
1. Organizational Cancellation:

- CKH Consulting, LLC reserves the right to cancel a CPE webinar due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues, presenter unavailability, or insufficient registration numbers.
2. Participant Notification:

- Participants will be notified of any cancellations as soon as possible. CKH Consulting, LLC will use one or more of the following methods to communicate the cancellation:

- Website Announcement: A notice of the cancellation will be posted on the CKH Consulting, LLC website at https://www.ckhgroup.com/cpe-program/

- Phone Notification: If applicable, participants may also receive a phone call/text to ensure timely communication.

Rescheduling and Alternatives
- Rescheduled Webinar:

- If possible, CKH Consulting, LLC will reschedule the cancelled webinar to a new date. Participants will be informed of the new date via email and/or website announcement.
- Alternative Options:

- If the webinar cannot be rescheduled, CKH Consulting, LLC will offer participants the option to attend a future webinar on a similar topic or provide access to recorded sessions of past webinars, if available.
Internal Programs
- For programs offered internally to CKH Consulting, LLC employees only, this policy does not apply as these programs are not subject to external participation.
Review and Amendments CKH Consulting, LLC reserves the right to review and amend this cancellation policy periodically. Changes will be communicated to participants through our official website.
