- CKH Consulting, LLC does not charge any fees for attending our CPE programs.
- For programs offered internally to CKH Consulting, LLC employees only, this policy does not apply as these programs are not subject to external fees.

This policy outlines the procedures for refund requests for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) webinars hosted by CKH Consulting, LLC. It ensures clarity and transparency in handling refunds for participants who have paid a fee to attend our CPE webinars.

This refund policy applies to all CPE webinars offered by CKH Consulting, LLC for a fee. It does not apply to programs offered internally for employees or programs offered at no cost.

CKH Consulting, LLC is committed to providing high-quality educational experiences for all participants. We understand that circumstances may change, and participants may need to cancel their registration for a CPE webinar. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted and the process for requesting a refund.
Refund Conditions
1. Full Refunds:

- Participants are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date of the webinar.
2. Partial Refunds:

- Participants who cancel their registration between 7 to 13 days prior to the scheduled date of the webinar are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
3. No Refunds:

- No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the webinar.

- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
4. Program Cancellation:

- If CKH Consulting, LLC cancels a webinar, all participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee, regardless of the time of cancellation.
Refund Request Process
1. Submission of Request:

- Participants must submit a refund request in writing via email to [email protected] with the subject line “CPE Webinar Refund Request”.

- The request must include the participant’s name, the title and date of the webinar, and the reason for cancellation.
2. Processing Time:

- Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.

- Approved refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Any fees paid for additional materials, such as printed course materials or access to supplementary online resources, are non-refundable.
Administrative Policy
