About Bill Webb

Bill Webb joined CKH Group as a proposal manager and business development leader, leveraging his 12+ years as a U.S. Army Logistics Officer to identify opportunities to optimize proposal workflows, refine competitive positioning, and strengthen CKH’s presence in government contracting. Over time, his role evolved into Director of Business Development & Proposals, where he now oversees the firm’s proposal strategy, execution, and business development initiatives.

In his current role, Bill is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of high-value proposals across audit, advisory, tax, and consulting services. He manages the full proposal lifecycle, ensuring alignment with firm strategy and industry best practices while optimizing processes to improve win rates and drive market expansion.

Through his expertise in business development, strategic planning, and proposal management, Bill successfully positions CKH for competitive opportunities, streamlines proposal processes, and drives firm-wide growth and efficiency.

Bill Webb studied at the University of North Georgia, where he received a Bachelor of Scientific in Political Science and Government, as well as  Master of Business Administration in Management and Operations. At his time there, he was involved in the Mountain Order of Colombom Sigma Omega Fraternity, and was Advisor to National Military Honors Society and Emergent Leader Initiative (ELI). He also received Advanced Military Leadership & Logistics Training.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys reading, hunting, and spending time in the North Georgia mountains with his family and three dogs. A dedicated mentor and leader, he actively participates in mentorship programs for aspiring professionals and veterans. He also has a strong interest in playing golf (poorly), solving chess puzzles, and teaching his kids how things work.
