About Olena Honcharova
Olena Honcharova joined CKH Group in 2018 as a Financial and Tax Analyst and quickly expanded her expertise across transaction services, accounting, and consulting projects. Her dedication and versatility led her to a leadership role within the consulting department, where she now spearheads quality of earnings reporting and financial due diligence for private equity clients.
In her current role, Olena leads and executes high-end quality of earnings analyses for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, conducts financial due diligence to support M&A activity and strategic decision-making, manages business valuation engagements, and develops and reviews complex financial models.
Leveraging expertise in financial due diligence and business valuations, she delivers actionable insights that drive smarter transactions and maximize client value.
Olena Honcharova holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Kyiv National Economic University n.a. Vadym Hetman. Outside of work, Olena is passionate about playing padel, learning Spanish, yoga, hiking, and exploring new countries. Olena is also interested in attending business and innovation conferences and exhibition, staying curious and engaged with emerging trends across industries.
