About Pavlo Martinovych
Pavlo Martinovych’s journey with CKH Group began in 2017 when he joined as an Accounts Receivables Analyst. Early on, he took ownership of U.S. and Canadian tax compliance projects, ensuring that over 200 monthly returns were filed accurately and on time. As he worked closely with global teams, Pavlo began identifying areas where technology could simplify work and save time. He partnered with business leaders and engineers to design automation tools using Python and VBA, including a VAT compliance solution for 50 entities across 18 EU countries-cutting reporting time by 20% each month.
Over time, his passion for solving problems through technology led him to a more strategic role supporting CKH’s consulting services as a product and technology expert. He now leads the development of AI, automation, software engineering, and analytics solutions, serving both government and private-sector clients. Focused on process improvement and smart implementation, Pavlo designs tools that reduce manual work, boost accuracy, and empower faster, data-driven decision-making.
By blending hands-on technical skills with deep business understanding, Pavlo helps organizations turn complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions that drive real results.
Pavlo brings over 8 years of experience leading product, AI, and automation initiatives in the financial and enterprise tech space. He played a key role in scaling upSWOT from a startup to a successful acquisition by Uptiq and led product development for platforms used by Mastercard, Alkami, PwC, Equifax, NerdWallet, NCR, and over 200 financial institutions. Pavlo has managed cross-functional teams of more than 60 engineers, designers, and analysts, driving full product lifecycles from concept to launch using agile and SAFe frameworks.
When Pavlo is not working, you can find him playing basketball, traveling, or spending some of his best moments by the ocean trying to catch trout or croakers.
