About Tetiana Kozyr
Tetiana joined CKH Group in October 2023 as GL Head, bringing extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and tax management within multinational companies. She manages a team of five direct and four indirect reports, overseeing general ledger operations across EMEA. Before joining CKH, she worked at Japan Tobacco International as a Tax and Finance Manager, where she was responsible for financial and corporate reporting, tax accounting, and transfer pricing regulation.
In her current role, her responsibilities include providing advisory support on accounting matters, assisting clients with various projects, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and tax regulations. She has led initiatives to streamline processes, reducing monthly reporting submission time from five to four days and implementing a reconciliation tool to enhance financial statement accuracy. She also contributes to SAP S/4HANA implementation and JSOX controls, continuously improving financial operations and reporting efficiency.
With expertise in accounting, financial reporting, tax accounting, and process automation, Tetiana’s leadership and strategic improvements strengthen compliance, optimize reporting, and enhance the quality of services provided to clients.
Tetiana holds a Master’s Degree in Business Economy from the State Economics University of Ukraine and is ACCA certified. She has developed strong management skills over her 15-year career, successfully leading teams and implementing financial process improvements. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, yoga, gym workouts, and traveling.
