About Olesia Honcharyk
Olesia Honcharyk joined CKH in 2020 as an Accounts Receivable Team Lead in the Kyiv office. Over the years, she has led multiple teams and strategic projects across the EMEA market, playing a key role in team restructuring and efficiency improvements. Three years ago, she was relocated to Athens, where she now leads both the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams. She is committed to creating an environment where her team can excel, overcome challenges, and deliver outstanding results.
With a strong focus on process optimization, she has contributed to streamlining operations and enhancing financial performance.
Olesia Honcharyk holds a degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, graduating in 2017. Outside of work, Olesia has a passion for the outdoor activities, she enjoys hiking and camping. She loves spending free time with her dog, practicing yoga or reading non-fiction books.
