Kateryna Zatona joined CKH Group in 2021 as an Accounts Receivable Associate in FSS and progressed to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Manager. With expertise in finance, credit risk, and process optimization, she has improved AR operations, compliance, and cash flow management while enhancing collaboration between accounting and sales.
She manages AR and AP functions, overseeing credit risk, collections, and SAP enhancements, including S/4HANA implementation for EMEA. She ensures SOX compliance, reviews audit flowcharts, and works with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations, reduce DSO, and strengthen cash flow.
Kateryna’s expertise in credit risk management, process automation, and digital transformation enables her to optimize AR processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Kateryna holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics from Kyiv National Economics University. Her career spans sales analysis, billing, and accounts receivable, with a strong focus on process improvement and compliance. Her ability to connect financial processes with commercial operations has helped streamline workflows and improve collaboration across departments.
Outside of work, Kateryna enjoys traveling and reading, particularly classical literature and historical books. A passionate animal lover, has two adopted cats and volunteers at cat and dog shelters and participates in coast-cleaning initiatives in Athens.
